The Carla Antoni Collection was born in 2010 after realizing that there was niche gap in the market catering to those who required cultured gifts from Africa.
This awareness stemmed from the numerous frustrating moments experienced by my husband, architect Stefan Antoni, as he struggled to find beautiful and sophisticated gifts from South Africa to take abroad to his affluent international clients.
“Drawing on the emerging and diverse talent in Africa as my inspiration, I approached artists, sculptors, designers and jewellers to give life to my vision of gifts that were not only beautifully crafted but also stylish and elegantly presented and packaged, while at the same time also contributing to a worthy cause. This is how I captured the spirit of Africa.”
